Preparation for a cross-country paragliding flight in Gudauri
To make your flight comfortable and easy, you need to prepare for it. You will arrive at the take-off ramp, where you will choose an instructor in advance. He will give you important instructions and, depending on the weather conditions, will provide you with all the necessary equipment:
- Special protective helmet;
- Warm jacket to protect against bad weather;
- Warm boots, if necessary.
Special protective clothing is a reliable protection against cold, rain and wind. You can use sunscreen to protect your skin from the sun's rays. It is best to apply it to the under-eye area just before summer. This will prevent sunscreen from getting into your eyes due to the heat. Your forehead will be well protected by the helmet. We recommend wearing sunglasses to protect your eyes.
