How booking works

1 · Message us on WhatsApp

Send your dates, number of guests and the option you like (with the room number). We check availability right away.

2 · Deposit secures every night

Hostel — 15 GEL (≈5 EUR) per night per person. Apartments — 60 GEL (≈20 EUR) per night per unit. Example: 2 nights × 2 guests in the hostel = 60 GEL; 2 nights in an apartment = 120 GEL.

3 · Pay the rest on arrival

Deposit online (Apple Pay / Google Pay / card link), via Bank of Georgia or international transfer. The invoice is held for 60 minutes — need more time, just tell us.

Terms — short and honest

  • The deposit is non-refundable: it takes your nights off the market. Exceptions: cancellation 15+ days before check-in or a cancellation on our side — then the deposit is refunded. Note: payment-system fees for transfer and refund are covered by the guest in all cases.
  • Booked nights are reserved as a whole. Early check-out does not change the total — as in most hotels, no recalculation is made.
  • Check-in 14:00–22:00, check-out until 11:00. Night check-in/out (22:00–07:00) adds an 80 GEL service fee; early check-in / late check-out — by arrangement, +50% of the nightly rate.
  • One-night stays add an 80 GEL cleaning fee; from 2 nights cleaning is included.
  • Security deposit on arrival: apartments — one night’s rate or minimum 100 USD (whichever is higher); hostel — 100 GEL per person. Returned in full at check-out if the place is in order.
  • Within 30 minutes after check-in, please look around and video-record any existing damage and send it to us — otherwise the accommodation is considered accepted in good condition.
  • No smoking (including balconies). No pets. Payment-system fees are covered by the guest.
