Gudauri Paragliding is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Serhii Mykhailiuta (reg. № 304744347, Georgia) under the SkyAtlantida brand. Contact: skyatlantidabooking@gmail.com.

2. What data we process

• name;
• phone number;
• booking details (preferred date, number of participants);
• approximate weight (for equipment limits);
• communication history (WhatsApp / Telegram / email);
• payment status (no card data stored).

3. How we collect data

You provide data voluntarily by contacting us via WhatsApp (+995 551 35 5000), Telegram (@gudauriparagliding) or email. The site has no contact form: the booking configurator and the gift certificate form only compose the text of your message for WhatsApp or Telegram — data leaves your browser when you press «send», and we receive it via the messenger.

4. Why we use data

• to answer booking enquiries;
• to confirm availability and coordinate with pilots;
• to send payment instructions;
• to send confirmations, the meeting point and rescheduling updates.

5. Legal basis

Pre-contractual steps and contract performance, legitimate interests and your consent. Where applicable — Georgian law and European data protection standards.

6. Who we share data with

• independent pilots and operators (only what is necessary to perform the booked flight);
• payment providers (Bank of Georgia, Apple Pay / Google Pay);
• hosting and email providers (operational basis only).

7. Third-party services on this site

• Google Fonts — CSS and woff2 files from Google CDN. Google may log your IP address. No cookies are set.
• YouTube — video thumbnails load from YouTube servers (img.youtube.com) when a page opens; the videos themselves embed only when you click play. Once activated, YouTube applies its own cookies and policy.

8. Data retention

We keep data only as long as reasonably necessary for booking administration, client support, accounting, dispute resolution and legal compliance.

9. Your rights

Under applicable law you may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, object to processing, or ask how your data is used. To exercise these rights, write to skyatlantidabooking@gmail.com.

The site links to TripAdvisor, Google Reviews, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, VK, Tumblr, skyatlantida.com, kazbegiparagliding.com and our insurance policy (PDF). Once you follow an external link, that site’s or service’s policy applies.

11. Children

Tandem flights are available to children from age 5, with a parent or guardian making the booking and handling all communication. We do not knowingly collect minors’ data; age and weight requirements are confirmed by the adult at booking.

We may update this policy. The version in effect at the moment of your booking applies.
