Gudauri Paragliding provides booking and coordination services. Flights are performed by licensed third-party operators. Payment confirms the purchase of a booking and organization service.
Your request reaches the manager instantly. We issue an invoice, prepare the certificate, and send it to your e-mail or WhatsApp — whichever you prefer. After payment — confirmation in chat and on e-mail. Payment happens in chat with the manager; the website does not accept payments.
A gift flight comes in two formats — choose the one that suits the recipient.
1. Certificate for an amount. You pick the nominal value; the recipient later chooses the activity, date and time. If the chosen activity is more expensive, the difference can be topped up. If cheaper, the remaining balance can be used toward another available service.
2. Certificate for a specific activity. You choose the flight, duration and package yourself — the recipient gets a ready gift, all set. Media and options are available in the form above.
The recipient picks a convenient date and contacts us — we agree on everything together.
1. The recipient writes to us in advance on WhatsApp.
2. They send the certificate number, desired activity, date and time.
3. The manager checks availability and confirms the slot.
4. The certificate value is applied to the selected service.
5. If the chosen activity is more expensive, the difference is paid on top.
The certificate is valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Personal, issued for a named recipient (passport name) — non-transferable and cannot be resold. Extension is possible for another 12 months for 50% of the certificate value.
More expensive — the difference is paid separately at booking. Cheaper — the remaining balance can be used toward another available service. The remainder is not paid out in cash.
Flights are by advance booking only. We recommend contacting us 3–5–10 days before the desired date. Activity, date, time, route and duration depend on season, weather, availability and the pilot/provider decision — exact weather, route, time, duration and availability are not guaranteed in advance.
Once the date and time are confirmed, the slot is reserved.
• The first booking with your certificate is free.
• Each subsequent rescheduling — 150 GEL / 50 EUR.
• Being more than 15 minutes late may lead to cancellation of the confirmed slot — a paid rebooking will be required.
• If the flight cannot happen due to unsafe weather (cancelled by our team), rescheduling is free.
We issue a full-payment invoice — the manager will send it via WhatsApp. We accept card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer. After payment, the certificate arrives by e-mail — usually within the day.
The remaining balance can be used toward another available service. It is not paid out in cash. Money refunds are not provided and the certificate cannot be exchanged for money.
